01

Research Desk & responsibility

Research notes are produced by the Stonebridge Research Desk, the research function of Stonebridge Capital. The desk is responsible for topic selection, data checks and the editorial preparation of published analyses.

The content is provided for information and context. It is not individual investment advice, an offer or a solicitation to trade. Questions about a note can be sent to [email protected].

  • Notes are reviewed for data consistency and sources before publication.
  • Corrections to published content are disclosed in the affected note.
  • Relevant conflicts of interest are disclosed where they apply to a note.
02

Data, signals and execution

The strategy is rule-based and quantitative. Macroeconomic data, price and liquidity data, and market-internal indicators feed into a systematic model.

Signals are not overridden at discretion. Execution takes place through TMGM HUBx; investors mirror the signals 1:1 in their own segregated trading account.

Risk management is part of the model: position sizing, stop-loss logic and exposure limits are applied systematically.

  • Multi-asset universe: commodities, indices/ETFs and foreign exchange.
  • No pooling of client assets; each investor trades in their own account.
  • Execution and brokerage are provided by TMGM (ASIC AFSL 436416).
03

Performance and performance fee

The monthly returns shown on this website are derived from the strategy history and compounded chronologically. The YTD figure is the compounded return, not a simple sum of monthly values.

The performance fee is 20 % of newly generated net profits under the high-water-mark principle. There is no fixed management fee. Billing is handled through TMGM.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Displayed values may change due to corrections, fees or data revisions.

  • Monthly values are recorded to two decimal places.
  • Empty months remain empty and are not interpreted as 0 %.
  • The interactive calculator illustrates the figures; it does not replace an individual statement.
04

Risks and limitations

Copy trading and trading in CFDs, foreign exchange and commodities involve substantial risk. A total loss of invested capital is possible.

Model, liquidity and execution risks can cause actual performance to differ from model calculations.

The content on this website is not investment advice. Each investor is responsible for their own decisions and tax situation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Stonebridge Capital a fund?+

No. Stonebridge Capital is the copy-trading arm of Veltrix Trading LLC. There is no pooled investment vehicle; investors maintain their own TMGM account and mirror the signals 1:1.

How does 1:1 mirroring work?+

The strategy provider's signals are transmitted to the investor's personal account through TMGM HUBx. Order size and execution depend on account size, risk settings and platform requirements.

What does high-water mark mean?+

The 20 % performance fee applies only to new net profits above the previous high-water mark. After a drawdown, no fee is charged until the high-water mark is recovered.

What fees apply?+

There is no fixed management fee. Stonebridge Capital receives a 20 % performance fee on new net profits under the high-water-mark principle. Broker and execution costs from TMGM may apply in addition.

What minimum capital do I need?+

The minimum account size follows TMGM's current requirements. The calculator on this website starts at USD 1,000 and is for illustration only.

Are the performance figures audited?+

Unless explicitly marked as independently audited, the figures are internal strategy evaluations. An audit is only shown when one actually exists.

How often are research notes published?+

Notes are published irregularly depending on markets and topics. The focus is on macro, liquidity and risk themes; all notes are archived in the journal.

Are the notes investment recommendations?+

No. The notes provide information and context. They do not replace individual advice and are not a solicitation to trade.

How are errors corrected?+

Please send corrections to [email protected]. Material corrections are visibly added to the affected note.

Why are empty months shown?+

The performance table lists every month so the history remains complete. Months without a reliable value stay empty and are not treated as 0 %.
